CONCERT NO. 4
THREE MEN AND A TENOR

Sunday, March 13, 2011 • 3:00pm
The Temple Theatre

For over 18 years, Three Men and a Tenor has been singing and laughing all over the world. What began as a simple idea of putting three really tall guys, and one really little guy together to entertain audiences, became an act worthy of national TV, featured performances with American entertainment legends like Chuck Berry, Dionne Warwick, Bob Newhart, Peter Cetera, Pat Boone, Lee Greenwood and The Beach Boys. In 2006, the Michigan Meetings and Events Magazine voted the group as “The Best Entertainment in Michigan”.

Three Men and a Tenor starred in their own 90-minute PBS-TV music concert special, that was featured on over 70 national PBS Stations, in markets like Nashville, Miami, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Seattle. More recently, the guys showcased in front of 3,000 tourism and convention bureau directors from across the country at the National Tour Association Conference in Detroit, spurring leads for work in almost every state in America! And, working with kids means so much to the guys that they have performed in over 1000 schools, guiding over one million young people across America to follow their dreams. In 2004 and 2006, Three Men and a Tenor toured the U.S. Military Bases in Germany. The group performed 23 shows in 2004, and 38 performances in 2006, and made 2 special guest performances at Landstuhl Hospital in Ramstein.

Three Men and a Tenor is a remarkable symbol of what is possible if you love what you do. The guys made a pact early on to keep the entertainment fun for all ages and to always make an effort to help audiences leave feeling better than when they came. They represent just what America needs right now, at a time when it is important that we remember our sense of family and fun!
